Packaging and Shipping

Once the equipment passes quality control, it is packaged and prepared for shipping to hospitals or medical facilities.

The process starts with the design phase where the specifications and requirements for the equipment are determined. This involves considering factors such as the intended use, dimensions, and regulations that the equipment must comply with.

Material Selection

Stainless steel 304 / 316 is chosen as the primary material due to its properties, including corrosion resistance, strength, and ease of cleaning. The specific grade of stainless steel is selected based on the intended use of the equipment.

Cutting and Forming

Once the design is finalized, the stainless steel sheets or tubes are cut and formed into the desired shapes using various techniques such as laser cutting, bending, welding, and polishing

Welding

Welding is a crucial part of forming stainless steel equipment. It involves joining different parts of the equipment using various welding techniques, ensuring strong and seamless connections.

Finishing

After forming and welding, the surfaces of the equipment are finished to achieve the desired texture and appearance. This may involve processes such as grinding, polishing, and passivation to enhance the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel.

Assembly

Different components of the equipment are assembled together, and additional parts such as handles, wheels, or accessories are added as required.

Quality Control

Throughout the manufacturing process, quality control measures are implemented to ensure that the equipment meets the necessary standards for use in a hospital environment. This may involve inspections, testing, and validation of the equipment.
